DarkBlue® is a versatile product designed to disinfect, deodorize, scent, and color portable restrooms, serving as an essential solution in the sanitation industry. When I joined the project, it was clear that the product needed a full-scale branding and market introduction strategy.

I spearheaded the creation of DarkBlue’s brand identity from scratch—designing everything from the logo to product labels. This foundational work was accompanied by the development of an introductory kit, which included a one-liter product sample. This kit played a crucial role in showcasing DarkBlue’s advantages to prospective clients, helping build trust and credibility.
A dedicated website was launched, complete with videos, landing pages, and visually compelling marketing materials tailored for sales efforts. This site acted as our virtual business card, often shared via WhatsApp to quickly engage potential clients and drive conversions. Alongside this, technical documentation like product data and safety sheets were produced to meet regulatory standards and facilitate U.S. market entry.
Despite relying solely on organic growth strategies, DarkBlue quickly gained traction. Our efforts were rewarded with consistent monthly sales of 2 tons, underscoring the brand’s rapid acceptance and strong reputation in the market.
